The needs of the public who require community-based personal or health related assistance in order to remain in their homes, we believe in:
- Cultural competency
- Providing graduates with an excellent grasp of the theory, skills and procedures they were taught
- Supporting community-based organizations as the backbones of the central structure where neighbors meet and rely upon for support
- Engaging mature adults re-entering the workforce after retirement
- Educating and training Personal Care Aides and Home Health Aides to advocate for their clients’ needs
- Employment opportunities in communities where graduates may live or in communities where they may want to live
- Creating training opportunities that lead to flexible employment for those who need to have that option in their lives
